"Health Freedom Civil Rights Bill”

- Adds “Vaccination and Immunity Status” as a protected class to our existing Civil Rights Statute—and is inclusive of all vaccines (not just COVID-19 vaccines).
- Stops all existing and new VACCINE MANDATES for ALL VACCINES.
- Prevents VACCINE PASSPORTS and VACCINE MANDATES for ALL vaccines.
- Prohibits employers (public and private) from discriminating against you based on your vaccination status.
- Stops school’s (public and private) ability to discriminate against you based on your vaccination status.
- Prevents health insurance and life insurance companies from discriminating against you based on your vaccination status.
- Stops hospitals, medical offices, and doctors from denying you care for declining vaccines (for ALL VACCINES, not just COVID-19).
- Protects you from the Social Credit System (like they have in China—sometimes called “ESG”).
- Stops the Federal Government from accessing your private medical data.
- Stops the state of Florida from collecting, tracking, and surveilling your vaccine status.
- Ends the possibility of being forced to wear masks, PPE equipment, or to endure forced testing to keep your job due to vaccination status.
- Supported by Health Freedom Florida, Children’s Health Defense, Stand for Health Freedom, Health Freedom Institute, Florida Moms for America, Women Impacting the Nation, Health Freedom Defense, Freedom Keepers, and nearly all advocates of Freedom and Body Sovereignty!
"Big Pharma Fool You Bill”
HB1013/SB252
- Gives governing authority to the World Health Organization over Florida’s public health policies! (This can be done by a Governor or even by a bureacrat making up a rule that does not require a legislative vote).
- Allows for discrimination against the unvaccinated by handing responsibility of vaccine exemptions for medical and religious reasons over to the Federal Government!
- Does not apply to any other vaccine (only COVID-19 and mRNA vaccines).
- Does NOT PREVENT VACCINE MANDATES!
- Does NOT prevent VACCINE PASPORTS for anything other than COVID-19 vaccines.
- Floridians can continue to be discriminated against for all other vaccines as presently being done.
- Allows healthcare staff to decline to provide alternative treatments that are requested by the patient.
- Removes informed consent.
- Offers limited capacity for sharing COVID-19 treatment options.
- Does not protect you from future pandemics, future vaccine mandates, or future vaccine passport requirements.
- This bill is automatically repealed on June 1st, 2025. So why even introduce it in the first place if it’s just going to disappear in 2 years?
- Is supported by Big Pharma and was only introduced to fool Floridians and Florida legislators into thinking they supported a “Health Freedom Bill.”
